Why SOLSTICE?

The name "Solstice" came to me by pure coincidence. It all began on the exact date of a summer solstice, I spotted a sign with the word and in that moment, everything clicked and felt meant to be. I loved the sound of it, and its meaning, tied to Time and Date, perfectly aligned with what watches actually show. It felt like a natural fit for the brand. As a bonus, my own name starts with an "S," just like Solstice. Bringing it all together in a meaningful way.

Time + Tide world's leading independent watch site

Whether or not the Solstice Revival can save this Alaskan microbrand is hard to tell. However, keeping it as a limited edition of just 95 pieces per colour makes selling them all sound achievable. The CHF 664 price point is pretty compelling for what you’re getting, and the finishing looks to be on par with far more expensive brands. If you have been in the market for an integrated bracelet sports watch with an air of class, then the Solstice Revival is a strong choice. credit 'via TIME+TIDE'

ORACLE TIME: Recommended Microbrand Watches for April 2025

"Solstice are doing it their own way. For one, the contrast between polished edges and brushed planes makes for a watch that catches the light wonderfully; for another, that dial. It’s like a 3D render of tappisserie, similar to Louis Erard’s stunning marquetry numbers and in shimmering green is an absolute stunner."
